As a member, you are never starting over with a stranger. We maintain a personalized profile of your tech setup and your hurdles, so when we meet in your support session, we already have some context to help you more quickly.

• Two 30-Minute Remote Quick Fix Sessions: From training on a new device, app, or appliance, to using AI and proactive digital health checks that ensure your software is up to date and secure. 

  • ​Schedule your twice-monthly support sessions as needed, or up to 12 months in advance.

• A Second Brain: We keep track of your device models, your eyesight/hearing settings, your upcoming tech goals (like a new phone, smart appliance, laptop, car, or security system), and all of the training guides we create for you, so you stay organized and confident.

• Priority Booking: You get the fastest access to our helpers.

• The Friendship Pass: One of the most loved features of our membership! After 3 months of membership, you can gift one of your sessions each month to a friend, family member, or neighbor who needs Quick Fix with a Tech Helper.
