At My Friendly Tech Helper, your satisfaction and digital confidence are our top priorities. Because our services are based on time and personalized expertise, we adhere to the following policy:

Service Sessions: Completed sessions (Quick Fix, House Calls, and New Device Setups) are generally non-refundable. However, if we are unable to resolve your issue or provide a clear diagnosis and path forward, you will not be charged, or a credit will be applied to a future session at our discretion.

Connected Life Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused session credits; however, your access to priority booking and your remaining credits will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Late Cancellations: As noted in our FAQ, sessions canceled with less than 5 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.

Prepaid Packages: Any prepaid session bundles are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.
